Natalya Firdaus is an experienced holistic wellness practitioner specializing in Energy Medicine and Sound Healing Therapy, offered through her unique, nervous system-informed approach. At The Rosewood Clinic, she provides deeply restorative 1:1 sessions that combine intuitive energy medicine with somatic regulation, helping clients release emotional blockages and reconnect with their inner calm.

With over 200 sessions held across private, group, and corporate settings, she has worked with clients navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, and energetic stagnation.

At Rosewood, Natalya offers two signature modalities:

  • ROOT Energy Healing: a trauma-informed session designed to help the body gently release stored tension and emotional imprints through energy scanning, clearing, and nervous system regulation.
  • HEAL Sound Healing: a deeply immersive sound bath experience using ancient healing instruments to bring the body back into resonance, supporting nervous system repair and emotional realignment.
